Here’s how it works:
1. Register by completing a briefing form (below). If you know about the recipient’s music tastes please let us know, if not, you can leave it blank
2. A monthly subscription payment will be activated
3. A Family Gift Token will be sent to you to present to the recipient
4. We'll contact the recipient and ask them to tell us about themselves and their musical preferences
5. Based on this a box of delights will be posted to your chosen recipient on the last working day of each month
6. If we send them something they don’t like, they can send it back to us using a supplied Freepost address and a replacement will be sent in their next box
7. They can contact us at anytime to add artists or albums to their Wishlist and we'll include them in their next box
8. At the end of the subscription period, we’ll inform you of your last payment and will contact them to see if they’d like to continue by subscribing for themselves
9. Either yourself or your recipient can cancel the subscription at any time
